Not only are the pieces hand carved, but hand sanded as well. In fact it often takes more than seven sands before a stain in applied. With such attention to detail each stain is expertly applied, giving an overall smooth rich touch that Jessica Charles products are known for.

For the reason that every detail counts, Jessica Charles also offers a wide variety of nail head sizes, finishes and texture to create just the right accent for each of our chairs. Every chosen nail head is hand driven into the piece along the welt lines to provide an overall hand crafted feel.
