Return & Refund Policy
At Critelli Furniture, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. Below are our clear and fair return guidelines.

In-Stock Merchandise
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in the same condition as sold — clean, undamaged, and unaltered.
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Refunds & Exchanges
Items returned within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
After 48 hours and up to 14 days, items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

Delivery & Return Transport
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for returning items to the store.
If return pickup is required, a pickup fee will apply.
If an item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, or mattress protectors. Items marked as clearance, “as-is,” or final sale are also not eligible for return. Additionally, any item that has been damaged or altered after purchase will not be accepted.

Custom Order Merchandise
Custom orders are made just for you, including the fabric, finish, size, or configuration you’ve selected. These pieces begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 48 hours, the order is considered confirmed and becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refusals
If a confirmed custom order is refused upon delivery, a 33% restocking fee will apply.
